TGTB had established itself as a local spot in NYC, beloved by regulars for its exceptional service and quality. Yet the brand faced three key issues:

  1. A lack of distinct visual identity meant the business didn’t stand out in a crowded market.
  2. Digital presence was minimal — social media posts were inconsistent and lacked strategic focus.
  3. Foot-traffic growth and online visibility had plateaued despite website traffic.
